The media could not be loaded. This case is by far my favorite! It holds up to 3 cards but I stuffed 4 so it’s a little bulky. It’s a n must buy.

Perfect phone case! Durable and well made. The magnetic back works really well with magnetic car phone holders. It holds 4 credit cards very snuggly but that what you want. Magnetic closure is strong and to be able to use it as a stand is fantastic. Buy this!

  3. Excellent wallet case for 3 cards

This is the third version of this phone case I’ve owned. Big Bob correctly pointed out that this version missed the mark by filling in an interior compartment. I use it to store a folded bill as backup. A Dremel easily sands out the ribs to make room; stores well now. 4 Stars is too low; 5 stars too high. It easily stores 3 "flat" credit cards or IDs with ease. The upper and lower bevels do protect the screen while laying screen down. The side bevels are at screen level, presumably to allow for better screen swiping. VENA’s customer service is responsive. They replaced my previous case free-of-charge because the flap started to separate due to extended usage. Against their policy.

  4. Great case, with one complaint

I was patiently waiting for this case to be released for the S23 Ultra and just received it. The case is great, and I’ve owned the same case for my S21 Ultra for the last two years. I was actually able to fit 5 cards in here with no issue (depends on cards thickness). One thing that is a downgrade over the S21 Ultra version is that the space next to the camera was previously hollow, but now it has been filled with a texture. This is an issue to me because on the hollow version, you were able to store something inside. I would keep spare cash in there, and could even fit a small spare key in there, which was a very useful thing (allowing complete wallet replacement), but now I cannot do that. If you look at the side-by-side picture of the S23 Ultra case (left) and the S21 Ultra case (right) you can see what I am referring to with the hollow area

  5. One tough, handy case.

Bought this in August 2019 (it’s now September 2022). Loved how it worked and was put together. Protected my phone great these past few years - even this morning. I always carry it in my right front pocket, screen facing in. This morning, on my way to work on my electric scooter, I attempted to turn right in an area that was under construction. It was dark, drizzling rain, and a bit foggy. Unfortunately, they had not marked "uneven pavement." I hit the raised blacktop at 35mph and went flying. The scooter twisted around such that I was dragged down the road backwards, my right elbow and right leg in direct contact with the pavement. Long story short: road rash, one ruined pair of jeans, and a surprisingly in tact phone case. My phone was fine and my cards were still secure inside! I’m ordering a new one since this one is now a little worse for wear. I’m sure it will outlive the phone.

  6. Best case for carrying cards, ID, and/or cash.

I have had many variations of this style of case. They all worked pretty good for two cards but none lasted more than 3-4 months. I do not like carrying a wallet so having a case that I can fit cards and cash into is very convenient for me. This is the only one that will hold 3 cards or 2 cards and some cash. I am a business traveler and need a place to carry my ID, credit card, and a hotel room key. I will sometimes fold a couple of bills the case holds them fine. This does a great job without adding too much thickness to the phone. The picture makes the case look thicker than it is. The cards are easy to get in and out and yet feel very secure even when I use the kickstand feature to watch movies on the plane or as a nightstand clock. I switched to a magnetic vent clip holder in the car which holds the case securely. The fingerprint sensor is a tad bit tougher to get to and I can’t use a popsocket with this case (which I miss, especially with the new plus sized phone. Overall it’s the best case I’ve owned and seems to be holding up very well. No signs of wear and I’ve been using it for about 6 months now with several small drops.

  7. Case with protection AND functionality.
    Rating

When I saw this case, I thought it was a great design and had everything I wanted. Credit card slots, kickstand and its magnetic for my car mount as well. My only concern was its protection and fitment with my phone because I used a tempered glass screen protector. After getting the case, I immediately put it on and so far it seems llike a good fit. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: - can fit at least 2 cards easily. I havent tried a third card yet. -magnets are decently strong so you don’t have to worry about losing your cards. Though I recommend not to leave your phone in the sun because heat can demagnetize the magnets (though mostly at extreme temperatures). -has a kick stand and can be used at multiple angles - lifetime warranty -decently snug fit. -buttons are clicky and have a good feel to it. -intuitive design -dropped tested to military standards (allegedly) Cons -feels a little slippery -okay edge protection - although it fits the phone pretty snug, there is no hard plastic housing to support the 4 sides of the phone. There is a rubber piece protecting it but rubber can flex a bit. - a little bulky for some people. feels a little hollow since there’s a pocket for credit cards Overall, this is a great case that offers both protection and functionality. The pros far outweigh the nitpicked cons. I’d recommend the case if you don’t mind a little bulkiness.

  8. Conceals what’s inside
    Rating

I bought 4 different wallet cases to try and this one was the best. I tried: HianDier Wallet Case; Review: was splitting where case met TORU CX PRO; Review: cc cards would go flying when I tried to to open. Galaxy S9 Plus Wallet Case by SXTech; Review: too difficult to get cards in and out. The reasons why I liked this one was because it holds 3 cards plus a few folded bills (I put in 1 debit card, 1 cc card, and 1 drivers license). Case is sturdy. The cc cards and license are concealed inside so no one really knows it’s also a wallet. Easy to use and the added bonus of making it a stand is also a plus. The cards stay inside even if the magnetic flap is open. My only advice is when you are putting the phone into your back pocket is to insert it charger port down, otherwise the magnetic flap has a tendency to catch on the top of your back pocket. Love only carrying 1 item now and not a phone plus a wallet. Makes life more simple .

  9. Professional looking, very functional, but quite thick and weak flap magnet.
    Rating

PROS - Good choice for a professional looking card-holding case with a really nice kickstand feature. It’s sturdy and seems like it would protect the phone as well as any good case, maybe better. It fits 3 thin cards and there is a satisfying click when the magnet flips shut. It offers decent grip for the most part, and isn’t obviously a card case (except for the thickness and the extended flap). CONS - It is VERY thick! About 5/8". Though, so far I’ve been able to fit this case into all the same places my prior, thinner case fit. Also, the edge of the flap on the opening side sticks out too far from the body of the phone, making it feel uneven in your hand and increasing the odds that you accidentally flip the flap open. The strength of the magnets doesn’t seem even so the hinge side seems to close harder than the opening side. As a result of these 2 features I had a close call shortly after I started using the case where I just about dropped the phone because I had too much of my grip on the flap instead of the side of the case and it flipped open and swiveled out of my grip. Thankfully I caught it and didn’t have to test the fall protection of the case, but I had to pay more attention to exactly how I was holding the phone after that.

  10. Good with some minor flaws!

I’m writing this as a commuter who uses the DC Metro. Conceptually, I wanted to use this case as a card holder for my Metro card, as well as my company office access card, both of which use RFID chips. The office access card is about two credit cards thick, and the metro card is a standard credit card’s thickness. Both fit into the case’s card holder, but has no room for other cards (there is a gap where you can fit in some folded bills). This is fine by me, since I really only needed it to carry my cards. Additionally, there is a flap which hides the cards. This flap is foldable, and can be used as a phone stand. It’s also magnetized, so if you have a magnetic phone mount in your car (like I do), you can still use it and this case. That said, there are some nitpicks I have with it. Firstly, while the case handles being a horizontally-oriented stand very well, it can be finnicky when vertically orienting your phone. The folding cover has a sweet spot where it can hold the phone, but the surface should be level, or there’s a chance it will tip over. Secondly, the filleting of the case near the fingerprint sensor should have had a gentler slope, similar to the sloping of the camera sensor. The steep slope causes your finger to crook, which can lead to a bad reading of your finger. It’s not impossible to use the fingerprint sensor, but I’ve had several instances of needing to re-tap the sensor with my finger a couple times to get it to read. That said, I really appreciate this case’s versatility for both my daily commute, and as a case that I can use my car mount when driving. The case does a good job of hiding the fact that it’s a card holder, and doesn’t overly thicken the width of the phone. I will also admit that I have to open the flap in order for my Metro card to be read, but that’s not the case’s fault (My office access card works just fine without having to open the case). Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase!
